Christmas is upon us. This is a very difficult time of the year for many families who depend on FOOD BANKS for help.
The last four (4) years I have purchased turkeys for the North East Avalon Food Bank on your behalf - my past clients. This year I am purchasing turkeys again for the FOOD BANK - my 5th Annual FOOD BANK Turkey Drive.
I am looking for four (4) volunteers on December 12th @ 12 noon, to help me pick up the Turkeys at Sobeys, Torbay Road; then deliver them to the North East Avalon Food Bank. As well, I can pick up any food donations from your home if you personally want to donate too.
